Covid-19 Update

Please read our terms and conditions below relating to the current situation surrounding Covid19 (Corona Virus).

1 We will make available to you, use of our services during our opening hours and subject to our inability or refusal to make our services available to you.

2 If we are unable or refuse to make our services available to you due to an event outside our control then we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.

3 Credits and block bookings will expire 90 days after the purchase date and are available on your account in the salon. Please note that our other offers have the following expiry dates:

(i) 100 Minutes for £20 expire 20 days** (including the day of purchase) if purchased before 17/03/2020.

(ii) 100 Minutes for £20 expire 45 days from purchase** (including the day of purchase) if purchased on or after 17/03/2020.

(iii) 50 Minutes for £15 expire 8 days from purchase** (including day of purchase) if purchased on or after 17/03/2020.

** Block booking expiry dates cannot be extended or changed.

4 We reserve the right to suspend or remove any special offers without prior notice.

5 Lexclusive membership offers cannot be changed or adjusted during this time.

6. All payments will continue to be accepted.

7 We may suspend our services to:

(i) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes; or

(ii) update the services to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

(iii) adhere to forced closures as directed by the government.
